Maybe even have a set of 3 items (a shortsword, a dagger, and a bracelet, ie), and whoever has the bracelet on can teleport to either of the other two items, as long as they're within (x) feet. It'd be useful to throw one and "accidentally" miss, then still be fighting and suddenly teleport to the thrown one, or something. Did you need something else? It'd cost a LOT and probably have a range on it, might even consider making it one use to prevent abuse but that's up to you the creator.
